Interdistrict request submission
THIS IS FOR GILROY RESIDENTS ONLY
Do not use this form if you live outside of Gilroy. Submit an interdistrict form with your district of residence, not GUSD.
Do not use this form if you live in Gilroy and want to transfer to another GUSD school. You need an intradistrict transfer, not an interdistrict transfer.
- For 2024-25: Requests will be accepted starting Jan. 3, 2024. Final decisions will be made starting Jan. 15, 2024. Do not submit requests for 2023-25 until Jan. 3 or later.
- DO NOT USE THIS FORM for requests to San Martin/Gwinn's DIME program (MHUSD). Email firstname.lastname@example.org for specific instructions.
- For all other requests: Forms are not considered complete until all required documentation has been received. You must include pay stubs, child-care verification letters, IEPs or other documentation with your request to avoid any delays in processing.
Expect and plan for two weeks or more of processing time.
