Address Verification for Incoming 9th Graders

Students must provide address verification documentation regardless of past enrollment history in the District. Required information can be submitted to a student's current middle school.  DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: 4 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025. 

The Gilroy Unified School District is hosting an Address Verification event for both incoming Christopher High School students and Gilroy High School students at Gilroy High School on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  
 

This is the only Saturday location this year where families are able to submit Proof of Residency Verification documents in person.  Please bring the required documents to Gilroy High School on this date and time.

Students who do not submit proof of address on time may be assigned to either Gilroy High School or Christopher High School at the discretion of the District, based on resources and space availability. 
 
Each middle school – Brownell, Solorsano or South Valley – will immediately begin accepting proof of address documents.

For the 2025-26 school year, proof of address documents should be submitted to your student's current middle school by 4 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025.

Parents should check ParentSquare and/or email for additional instructions. If you have questions, contact the office coordinator at your student’s middle school (Brownell, Solorsano or South Valley).

Any irregularities discovered during the address verification process may result
in further investigation by the GUSD Residency Verification Specialist.
