Linda Figone is the newly appointed Gilroy Unified School District Transportation Supervisor. Linda has been a part of the Gilroy Unified School District Transportation Department for 17 years.  She started her career with GUSD as a bus driver before transitioning to a dispatcher role.  She spent the last six years as a California State Certified School Bus Driver Instructor while also serving as the Office Coordinator in the GUSD Maintenance and Operations Department. 

Linda is a fifth generation Gilroy resident and a graduate of Gilroy High School. When she is not at work she enjoys helping her fiancé, Joey, on their ranch where they raise Registered Angus Cattle. Linda enjoys spending time with her daughters and two grandsons, as well as traveling and camping with her family and friends.
